Brad Jagielski established 12-10 Production Company in 2013, after a decade in a variety of roles in sports broadcasting. Jagielski began his broadcasting career in 2003 as the Sports Director of 99.7 FM WVYC. Brad quickly entered the news industry as a videographer for the sports department at WFMZ in their Reading Bureau. In 2006 he was hired as the Video Board Director of the Lancaster Barnstormers of the Atlantic League. Jagielski became a vital member of Opening Day Partners staff assisting in the opening of the ballparks of the York Revolution, Southern Maryland Blue Crabs and Sugar Land Skeeters. After installing a video control room at the Liacouras Center of Temple University in 2011, Jagielski was hired by Spectra as their in-arena producer for Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Volleyball, Gymnastics, and Fencing.
Since the inception of 12-10 Production Company, Jagielski quickly impacted the sports production industry. 12-10 currently works with many of the top LED companies in the country including Daktronics, Nevco, Samsung, Watchfire, and Mitsubishi. Brad believes it is important to operate the equipment he installs for teams on a regular basis. He has served as the lead Director for broadcasts on ESPN3, ESPN+ and NBCSports Philadelphia including Georgetown University Football, Delaware 87ers Basketball and High School Football.
Dave Micik joined 12-10 in 2022. Micik brings over a decade of experience in both sports production and live broadcasting. Dave’s passion for video began at an early age when he starting volunteering at his local church at the age of 9. His background in engineering a desire to learn made him the perfect fit for 12-10.
Jon Weaver joins 12-10 full time after working with 12-10 as a freelancer for nearly a decade. Jon most recently served as Director of Creative Services for the Altoona Curve. Weaver first worked for 12-10 Production Company President Brad Jagielski as a student worker while attending Temple University. Jon was previously hired by three 12-10 clients including the Lancaster Stomers, Southern Illinois Miners and Altoona Curve to oversee their video production departments.
Derek Martin – After serving as the Altoona Curve’s General Manager from 2016 to 2021, Derek Martin stepped down from his day-to-day duties to serve as a Senior Advisor. Martin worked outside of baseball for several years after he spent three seasons as the assistant general manager of the Myrtle Beach Pelicans from 2007-2009. Martin returned to Pennsylvania from South Carolina in 2009 and worked with Blue Knob Auto and the Teeter Group during his hiatus from baseball. A native of Clarion, Pa. and a graduate of Slippery Rock University, Martin began his career in baseball as an intern with the Reading Phillies in 2001. From 2002-2003, he completed an internship with Aramark food and beverage service at Pittsburgh’s PNC Park before joining the Curve’s sales staff in November 2003. He became the team’s director of sales in January 2005. Derek joined 12-10 in the fall 2023 to work with front office executives and share his experiences of being a 12-10 Production Customer
